CB's have good SA's, i.e. SUPER VISION and SHUTDOWN COVERAGE. CHANGE DIRECTION helps as well.

now that his attributes are up he can add to SAs. one seasons boosts and his SAs are fine. IMO hes need jumping capped

I agree with you on the jumping...agility is going to the next cap first...then I have to decide whether to do vision to the 2nd cap or jumping to the first cap next...Then to the SAs...

whats his stamina?

32.5...because he has +4 there from stamina...I'll be training stamina/confidence after training jumping/catching another point or 2...

Kinda funny.... I ran an experimental 60-speed WR in AA last season, routinely facing QBs and WRs up to level 40. The longest pass I surrendered was 18.5 yards, while allowing only one TD during the regular season. I got ~46 plays per game too.

Ok now this build can exist and there are 35 sp left if he does the build at the same.
By my player at the same level there is 90 sp (10% of error) of difference in his favor. So this player have 18 level différence with me. This player is at level 58

Nice build . . . pretty similar to mine except with less vision, stamina, and SAs. Assume he's taking vision to the next cap, then hitting SAs?

Naw. Jumping to 68, Vision to 73, Strength to 48, Stamina to 48, Confidence to 48, Strength to 61, Tackling to 48. Then maybe if there's time we'll think about SAs.

at lvl 30 he is 62.88/ 69.88/ 73.88/ 35.88 speed/ agility/ vision/ jumping. at lvl 40 i calculated him to be at 68.63/ 74.63/ 75.63/ 44.63 from just natural gains and SP (no training is factored in). i could probably get jumping to soft cap if i were to train it... i dont plan on doing so, however, because training an attribute between 35-softcap is pretty pointless.
