I like the trainer idea. It (IMO) would work like the intense train. A % boost to training based on player's Attribute levels and the Level of trainer. There could be maybe 5 different level of trainers. Level 1 costs $10k for a season Level 2 costs $15k-20k for a season Level 3 costs $25-30K for a season Level 4 costs $50-75k for a season Level 5 costs $100-250k for a season
Or something like that. Equipment fund $$ could apply towards trainer costs, or not.
Perhaps the higher you go the more detailed the trainer. Maybe include a nutritionist or better gym equipment.
The income would need to be changed, even the pro league teams have 20 to 30 million dollars. lvl 32 upgrades are like a million bucks. 54 players (Average Roster for the pros) making 200K each is 10 million dollars, lvl 40 upgrades are 1.6 mil each (am I correct?) Income would need to be changed.

How so? Especially considering this will be done by the individual players, not the teams. If you're saying players would want more $ in bonuses, then i suppose teams would have to build better stadiums. Bort could also edit the script of ticket sales to make them priced slightly higher.
Or you could up the prices of tickets/concessions. This could be implemented alongside the new stadium upgrades mentioned in Epic.
exactly, I have been telling players when they sign because of the contract that they are offered that currently money doesn't have much meaning other than for equipment in this game, we need more variety
