not surprised in the least. The old guard has some great teams, no doubt about it, but there are a shit load of great teams currently chewing their way up, and the vast majority of those that make it did something pretty damn special to get here. The Shockers and GB started in the same league. I know the teams they had to beat to claw up 2 lvls against well. Any team that wins up through AA#4 will be a very good team, period, end of story. They have to be or they wouldn't be here (AAA#2 East (and West) is a bitch, as was AA#4 and I suspect the same holds true of the AAA#1 tree)

Monkeys and Wangs are products of USA A4/USA AA2/USA AAA1 though they were a class behind us until we didn't advance in season 4.

I can't remember what league we were all in before the great tree shuffle of season 2. We were all in a single A, but were renamed to AA#4. The LV Freebirds are also from that group. GB played them in the season 2 champ game, but we failed to give them the rematch in the AAA#2 champ game of season 3. It took us a season longer. They've always been world renowned line budgers.

and we've always been Green Bay's shadow. They hit AAA2 in S3, we make it in S4. They make Pro in S5, we get here in S6.
