I know. That is the whole prob with the blocking, they do not see shit and this happens every game against good teams. Its hard to find a OT with that much agility, speed, and vision. Its all for nothing, they get raped every game and this is just dumb. All you ever get is build a better OT.....HOW???????

The issue here is (mt guess) the inner guys C/LG. They fail blocking the DT and the OT takes the most dangerous target (in his mind) the inner one. I am wondering what are the C/LG builds ?

SA that could help are: Protect (OT), line general (C), and shock block (LG)

The guards have vision, speed and agility soft caped. The centers are monster. This is not the problem the Blocking AI is. You do not need 3 guys blocking 1 guy.

And no it was the LVL 40 and 39 guards playing not the guys it shows now.

Don't leave their drinks unattended when they go to the bathroom, tbh.

I totally agree that the blocking AI sacks. Your LT should have recognize that the speed coming from the outside is the #1 priority.

But I also thing that if you want to be able to avoid these situations in the future (with the current sim) you need to check the LG/C builds. Defense today go for agility and speed at DT too and you need to be able to counter that.
For a pass happy teams you should start considering agility at second softcap for guards and a good amount of SAs in the pass blocking tree.

My guards all are over the soft cap too with speed and agility to fix this but still the OTs double down for some reason.

yeah, I"m wondering if it's a case of too much vision for the LT. He saw the DT as more dangerous, and blocked him instead of the DE.

honestly if I have to say anything for a LOT he needs to have good blocking technique, speed, agility, and the confidence to protect the QB's blindside. From the stats you show me his blocking isnt too good, and he doesnt have the confidence to play the position against the better DE's.
