For my preference I'll take the % over the SA. Knowing what your player does good and finding a % multiplier of that ability speaks better to me than a SA that (if you look on any forum for any SA) no one knows exactly what basic attributes (plural) and the exact SP # that trigger them. In addition, anyone that can vouch for any SA all say that they have to be +4 or higher to be effective.
