Drawing a penis than stating "no homo" is overruled.
Strong homo.

Hey, can you weightlifting freaks answer a question? Why have I stopped feeling sore after workouts? I still lift to my muscles being exhausted, so it's not like I can lift more. The only thing that keeps me from lifting more often is the soreness, so now that it has gone away, will I hurt myself by doing both arms and legs daily? Help me out

Few things.
Soreness does not equal a good workout, it's a misconception that "no pain, no gain". You should go until the muscle is tired, but you shouldn't be in a constant burn or pain after every single workout.
You shouldn't be doing anything daily. Once a week if you're going by bodypart, maybe a couple times if you go full body (which I've never bought into).

the intial 'soreness' is from your tendons/ligaments.
as in - it hurts to flex your joints, correct?
soon the joints will get used to working out and the soreness will dissipate.

Ohh. I guess I don't really know what I'm doing. Well, I do "arms" 3/week. curls/tricep stuff (about 3 total exercises) stuff with the dumbbells that I just dream up that seems to make the muscles in my traps and pecs tired, plus some rows type exercise with the dumbbells and bench presses. Obviously this is far from a scientific workout
Thanks for the link NRY. I'll read it. Maybe I should pay better attention to what I'm doing.

Hmm, I assumed it was from lactic acid in my muscles, but your description is accurate. I've been doing my own customized lifting plan for years, and only now have I not been sore after workouts. Maybe I'm ascending to godhood or something?

What's your goal for lifting weights? are you cutting, bulking, sports, etc?

Well, I'm getting older. I just want to look tone, I guess. I can't get that from playing tennis/running/biking. I have trouble keeping weight on and I look like a stick if I don't lift. I am not trying to look musclebound or anything.

It'll be your diet (more than likely), what do you eat on an average day?
