I was a Quarterback for a Chamberlain High School (led them to states twice) and I helped train the Sickles Quarterback. I'm currently not playing considering I'm preoccupied and really busy... and I'm home schooled now. However, I'm sure I can give a lot of advice for those who would like it, considering as a captain, I know most workouts for offensive players and half to a little more than half for defensive players.
