I wouldnt say agility leads to more PDs. Mine is just shy of the first cap and i have 41 PDs so far this year(24 tackles in pass defense). Look at my difference in stats between season 5 and 6, the difference is I put my boost points into jumping. I have almost 70 speed atm.

Huh? Wrong. Speed doesn't give you shutdown coverage. An agility:speed ratio close to 1:1 with good vision makes a shutdown build.

Speed is just top speed. Focus on that and you'll move fast, but quite possibly be out of position to provide good coverage.

Bort tweaked the sim to make PDs extremely common. Having 41 doesn't say anything about your build, good or bad.

The answer is that it depends. If you are facing off against a speedy WR, the 87/71 is better. If you are against more of a possession type of WR, then 83/75 or 79/79 is better. If your team has the cash, you can have an extra piece of equipment or 2 where you can switch speed for agility. This will allow you to shut down either type of WR. I thought my CB had plenty of speed for his level with 78 until my last game where I allowed a 30 and 45 yard completion against a burner type WR. If I had less speed, they would have been TDs.

Since QBs seem to have no problem throwing into double coverage these days, I don't know if I agree with that. lol

He destroyed me that game. Worst game of the season for my CB. That WR is awesome though. I held him to below what he normally gets (I have to try to find a bright spot).

Can you do 85/73? I prefer the +10, and if it can't be exactly +10, then go on speed.
