We actually thought about using Snoop Dogg's "Gin and Juice"...(with my mind on Big Money and Big Money on my mind), but we figured you'd get after us for copyright infringement.

lol that's okay.. but you just sparked the match of music discussion with jimo lol.. i used to do term papers and stuff all about music back in school days..

aaaanyways.. i'll admit.. there's crap out there bein played on the mainstream right now that's labeled hip hop.. e.g souljah boy.. 50 cent.. young joc.. that annoys me.. it's riaa shovin' crap down our throats.. i dont even like listening to the radio all the time anymore..

but just like everything else.. there's good hip hop.. and there's bad hip hop..

some ppl find it surprising that i listen to a wide range of genre's.. i love techno / trance / house music to death.. yet i'll headbang to some slipknot, mudvayne, and korn.. and yet chill back and nod my head to some lil wayne, 2pac, and lupe fiasco..

there's different music genres.. but at the same time.. it's still music..

just like everything else there's good music and bad music.. and i believe good music always consists of a good beat and rhythm accompanied with the melody and the message as a bonus..

ppl say im wierd because i listen to just about everything lol.. even country, pop, and hard rock..

i guess i just have an ear for that kind of thing..

if i had to pick 1 genre out of all.. id have to hand it over to house music.. altho world music does come in second.. then alternative..

ahh im jus ramblin.. look what u done caused warwynd

Although I am a HUUUUUUGE metal head...I love soft music from soundtracks as well..Hans Zimmer is a genius and his music is brilliant...

I always listen to this song before I go into a tournament to fight...It just pumps me up.

BTW those screams is our LBs getting ready to lay a MONSTER HIT.

Sweet, nice Szarek. Good luck. I took Wushu for a bit when I lived in Albuquerque. That was fun stuff. I liked it alot, but then moved to Phoenix and never got to continue it. You a bad boy that can whip some butt, if you can fight that style and that good. I barely got to practice it and learned alot.

There we go, I was waiting for the spinning back hand. That was one of the first moves that I learned. I kept watching and watching, and wondering where that was at. It finally came on the knockout. LOL.

That's pretty cool. We've got a guy in our fantasy league (haven't gotten him into GLB yet though) who is a lower-level MMA fighter.

He ultimately wound up losing this fight, but I still want him on our side in a dark alley. He's the guy in the longer shorts (sorry about the lousy video, I just found it myself some time ago.)

First Tae Kwon Do is K-mart Karate at least in the states it has become main stream and ANYONE can get a belt. Great for kicks and pretty airel displays. And Yes I took it for 4 years. Hapkido isn't bad to learn presure points and submissions. And yes I took it for 5. My Favorite is Kajukembo which I took for 20 years, and still practice, and teach occasionally.. Kinda like Jeet Kune Do. Take what works get rid of the rest. Basically end the confrontation as quickly as possible and live to tell the tale. I took the first two to compliment the last one. Get pretty kicks and learn submission. To bad we aren't closer would love a sparring match

I train for and hope to go pro in MMA and have learned such styles as Aikido, judo, jiujitsu, Hwrangdo, hapkido, karate, BJJ, and some Russian Sambo. I have been doing martial arts for about 25 years now.
