So wait is it the vision that is fuckin everyone up??? Why is that?? I thought vision lead to less INTs......

Well I just had another bad scrimmage game that costed us the game. I'm gonna switch all my equipment to throwing and leave none in vision. So know I have 94 throwing and 65 vision with all equipment in throwing.

Vision should lead to smarter decisions.. but it's not.
I'm afraid to take it off in fear of even worse decisions

So far my vision is only 66 with gear. I was thinking about getting it to the third soft cap, but now the crappiness of all the vision QBs has me thinking about a more balanced approach.

Are your picks coming from errant throws, bobbled passes, or bad decisions?

just speculating as i know you are the key proponent of vision of all else for qb's..... is you vision so high that you are behind in throwing and / or strength for level 38 qb?
crazy high vision and good decisions will not mean much if the ball doesn't get down the field effectively (when compared to the also improving defensive talent on the field for the high level guys), right?

So far I've got 204 attempts, 21 TDs, and 0 INTs. I'm thinking the major issue is QBs not keeping all the necessary attributes up and just focusing purely in one. Soft capping stats quickly is wonderful for overall stat growth, but it isn't very useful to see the entire field if you don't have the strength to hit the receiver before the CB closes in, or your passes are wobbly.

Excellent reading here for any QB worried about the effects of vision:
http://goallineblitz.com/game/forum_thread.pl?thread_id=1454022&page=1
At some point in the thread bort lists out the rough order of what a QB looks at to decide on who to throw to.

I looked at INT/Attempt for my QB, and here's what he is doing:
Season 4: 0.017 INT/Attempt
Season 5: 0.018 INT/Attempt
Season 6: 0.020 INT/Attempt
Statistically, I don't think that is much of a change. Using the higher Season 6 number would have added 1.6 interceptions to my Season 4 stats. Not really much different, I don't think.
I have no idea if these ratios are any good relative to other QBs. I'm only showing that my QB isn't statistically throwing any more INTs than he was 2 seasons ago.

I play on a team with a 2 QB rotation that was mainly a running team until midway through season 5, but here is my INT/Attempt for seasons 3 through the 1st 7 games of season 6.
Season 3: 0.029
Season 4: 0.021
Season 5: 0.014
Season 6: 0.015
It was slowly getting better as his build improved from Season 3 to Season 5. There is a still a chance as his attempts increase through this season that it will be another season of improvement but at this point in the season his INT's are up compared to last season.

My QB was playing horribly on balanced throwing, but I changed him to bullet and he went back to normal. Not sure what style you're on.

...You went against a team with a horrid secondary. Make sure when you change something and want to compare results, that they are both against a good teams or they aren't credible.

Turns out, I played more than 1 game with different styles. Good job at just guessing, though. Taiwan's better than teams that my QB played poorly against. Had fewer attempts, but solid completion, YPA, and TD's.
