Would loading up on First Step/Change Direction be a viable strategy for a 90/60 FS, and if so, how much would make a difference?...

Take them both up to 10. That would make the biggest difference.

i'm projecting my SS's build ... how does this sound at level 33 (which is where i plan to be at the start of next season)
88 speed 71 agility 63 vision
or
91 speed 66 agility 63 vision
or
88 speed 66 agiliy 68 vision
88 speed 71 agility 63 vision
or
91 speed 66 agility 63 vision
or
88 speed 66 agiliy 68 vision

oh and i guess i could also move the 4th equip piece to speed instead of agility
so i COULD
93 speed 66 agility 63 vision
96 speed 61 agility 63 vision
93 speed 61 agility 68 vision
so i COULD
93 speed 66 agility 63 vision
96 speed 61 agility 63 vision
93 speed 61 agility 68 vision

Depends on what you're doing and your team's scheme ;p As far as I know a lot of teams play a setup that nullify SS pure speed, as they're told to cover SS/HB while landing hits whenever they can, so you tend to have more of a premium on agility, vision, strength and jumping over just speed.

stone mason- go with the one that gives you the highest vision. People underestimate vision in comparison to pure speed. As a SS, you can get an early jump on a lot of running plays if you play relatively close to the line.
