Speed 60
Agility 60
Tackling 60
Vision 48

(above are all "natural" skill levels, no equip)

Train strength/tackling, softcap strength, train agility speed while taking strength to 60, then softcap speed, agility while training vision/tackling.

Work speed and agility up to 60, then get vision and tackling up....

Looks like a long road, but you should have strength of 68ish before equipment, stack some gear there and you will be above 90.

By level 40 maybe?

that's just standard building there, plus you can't ignore stamina, confidence, or jumping. but yea 60 in every important attribute should be the goal for any linebacker.
