Probably a little bitter after the spanking we gave Vick. That's ok, I'll give you a pass.

True JF, we did things to Andrew Vick that they haven't even thought of doing to Mike Vick in Prison yet. Very, bad things.

Nice work 12th. BTW, one error. Gorilla's thump their chests. EVIL MONKEYS THROW CRAP.

Yeah, but do you guys really have to throw your crap on every tree in the forest?

Basically we consider the entire jungle (EVIL MONKEYS live in jungles not forests, Damn Philly education screwing you up again) OURS, so all trees are targets in our opinions.

A rainforest is still a forest. Hence, rain'forest'.
As far as my lack of an education, I'm still wondering when someone's going to catch the subtlety of "the Shockers still have some holes to fill". What DO people learn in schools these days, anyhow? Definitely not the important stuff, that's for sure.

Thank you for point the Shocker comment out. As usually I was only scanning the thread looking for the words-Coachviking-Monmouth-Evil-Monkeys and Boobs. Seeing none of these around that shocker reference I missed it. You sir have made me LOL.

Lost to San Francisco Fire 42-27
A loss against a tough, quality opponent. This might have even gone Green Bay's way had the Maulers been able to pick up more of the four fumbles they forced, but they still went +3 on turnovers, capturing two interceptions and recovering one fumble while committing no miscues themselves.

Great read, 12th. We're having some major probs on D right now. If we fix them, I think we can climb into the top 4. Until then though, I'm not sure we deserve to be in the top 10.

Lost to Monmouth Evil Monkeys 56-23
One would have hoped for more against Monmouth, which is a team begging to have someone shut them up, but Chicago clearly isn't the team to do it. Despite the Evil Monkeys' chest-thumping, the Mustangs were in it for three quarters before their poor depth sunk their chances. Then again, I can't imagine who in their right mind would want to play for Tim Harper.

Seems like they are no longer overated. Tim needs to admit he needs help and search for a good coordinator. He probably made his worst bet on SI.

I wouldn't mind playing for him, as soon as he fixed those things.

11. Philadelphia Continentals
Lost to Oklahoma City Thunderstorm 34-33
The Continentals, days removed from USA BBB, almost pulled off a stunning upset over a team which went 12-4 in USA Pro last season. Humble origins aside, this is a deep, disruptive, dangerous team with a lot of upside, but poor chemistry will hobble them for now and stern conference foes loom directly ahead.

OKC was 12-4 in USA AAA last season, other than that great read and i look forward to seeing more

Retire Andrew Vick, he's sucked for too long.

he meant Chicago...sweet Jesus Monmouth, not EVERYTHING is about you guys...I am really starting to wonder if the reason you spam all these forums is some neurotic fear of someone slighting you.

1.) Who are you?? I don't see any connection to USA Pro at all. So you likely don't know your ass from a hole in the ground. You certainly don't know anything about what it takes to win at the Pro level

2.) SI hasn't done anything with the Mustangs yet. I have 0 power to influence anything at this point.

I have a question for you 12th. Why when no one posts do people complain that the forums are DEAD. Yet when an active group, such as THE EVIL MONKEYS, is in a forum and Posts frequently, it's called spam? Take a look at the post counts in USA PRO before the arivival of Monmouth and Now. I would say if nothing else we woke the place up. RRY tried to do it last season, and couldn't pull it off.

I think everyone needs to understand that this is a game and is supposed to be FUN. The Evil Monkeys Like Fun, we are very big fans of FUN and Posting is one of the ways we have FUN while playing GLB. If this is offensive to some of the other GLBers out there, sorry but it is what it is, we aren't going anywhere.

Why would he mean Chicago if he said "Seems like they are no longer overrated". That makes absolutely no freaking sense. How can a team that loses be "no longer overrated".

Sometimes theres a fine line between fun and obnoxiousness. I dont think you guys are even close to being at the line, but not everyone is so understanding. Now the Millens on the other hand, cross that line without even trying.
