As always you, Lincoln, Altanta and Red Bank(when they were here), Niagra(for those that remember) have always given us great competition...we feel off the last couple of seasons but I think we back on track and look forward to some good games.

are ties possible?

Yes, they are. I had the dubious honor of playing a game to a tie last season.

Seirusly (pun!), the Bobcats are gonna be lickin wounds after the behemoths trample ya, just like the rest of us. Get used to it. It aint gonna get better, unless you got a level 35 team hidin in that tree yer cat is jumpin out of.

Jack, I think our defensive coordinators need raises.

Minus those two long passing plays that just happened to happen when my very slooooowest guys were in (yells at DBs who build vision first again), both of our defenses gave up only a 50+ yard field goal in the first half.

Though I think mine had a tougher job, considering your offense is better overall, and how you trampled us the last time we played. I was impressed at how he stopped the running game. I awarded my DC a game ball.

As far as my OC goes, I'm gonna make him write "I will not call a pass on 3rd and 2" on the board 100 times.

Yeah, I thought about bumping our DC's salary, but since we're about to unofficially about to come back to earth (after we lose to the Armageddon by 150+ points...thankfully, it won't count officially), so that'll keep him grounded.

I did impress upon our QB, though, that if he makes a mistake, he darn well better try to make up for it.

but you see i knew that they knew that we would be running in that situation so knowing this i knew that they wouldn;t be expecting a pass because they knew no one would be stupid enough to try something like that and thus be unprepared for it.

had we gotten a 90 yard TD play then you'd be all "yeah what a great 3rd down call" and all that stuff. but i didn;t know all their defenders were starting centers on the baskeball team in college adept at swatting everything that came their way.

um... yeah that's the ticket!

Ditto to that last statement.

That cornerback who intercepted the pass and got caught from behind by, of all things, a QB, was one of those silly DBs on my team who went to soft cap with vision first. his speed is 36, I think. *jams the attempts of anyone trying to look at the CB's agent* They'll be good in another 8 levels or so *grin*.

Hell, he knew what was coming, he didn't exactly play sober. I'm shocked you guys only get four sacks, to be honest.

Well, that went pretty much exactly like I thought it would. Didn't give you much competition, but at least you guys got a different look from what I'm guessing you're used to. And it didn't count in the standings, so...well, that's something.

Ouch. Take comfort in the thought that, even though we like Houston and the rest of the powerhouses, they'll have to leave someday. We'll tearfully slam the door on their butts, too.

*grin*

I have to admit, I am so happy I stayed in Da 7, even though I once again can't seem to win a game. losin to classy people can be as good as winning, though it don't do much good for puttin fat guys in my stadium. You know, the ones who buy 14 beers and 6 nachos. That's the fan base I'm after, and they'd rather watch from home while we lose.

Hey, at least my punter's got game, though. 14 punts, 53 yard average per punt.
