I feel you there buddy. I mean it seasm that when we signed guys before the expansion it was ok, and we could get guys at a descent level. and they would be active and want to play. Then after the expansion they all want to leave. I mean I had a guy I brought from level 1 to level 6 on my team, he was my starter and I gave him control of the defense. Basically the defensive captian. He wanted out of my team after our first loss saying it was my fault. caus I did not have the proper game plan. After one game, I was like WOW get out of sinking ship after one game, when the other team had a much better team then I did, and we still stayed within 7 points I wanted to reach through the computer and strangle him.

Yeah, I am HURTING at DE right now. Losing my #2 and #3 DE in the morning, with the #4 and #5 at levels 1 and 2. Have caught hell trying to find anyone over level 4 that will even entertain the idea of playing in Europe, let alone on a team that is 0-2 in Europe.

Missing the playoffs cost me three players because we had to sit around for 2 weeks. And "my friend got a team" has cost me two more. I am about to become one of those dick owners that I wanted to avoid. So your friend got a team, cool, then right now he is loaded. Give me max cash for your level and I will consider trading you.

So now my decently stout defense has a HUGE hole in it because they added too many teams and have no way of controlling the population with something like a salary cap.

Don't it had nothing to do with you, he was a kid. and he needs to grow up. One lost game is not the end of the world. Just have to adjust game plans and such. The guys sticking with me understand its about game play and stuff. not just about winning or losing. But your loss was not hte one he left on it was the first game of this season. I was outmatched at almost every position. and I still made it a game. Also another thing that bugs me are th guys who wont boost the guys they have, so a team with guy boosting their players will have an advantage...

Yeah, i agree. I hear you reject that is almost the same thing that happened to the both of us. and that is why i am pissed. I mean I had adefense that did nto allow over 24 points all last season and now any can score against me. I feel you pain and hopefully we can over come this

my owner is loved. I on the other hand is hated. SO hire a gm that is a pitbull so you look like the nice guy and the gm looks like the bad guy. That could save face a little bit.

Even though they claim its not, I think its almost evident, that they are looking for a short term gain. If not they would of implamented a salary cap. That is the only thing that can save the established teams right now.

I am both loved and hated ;D loved by my team, hated by most everyone else ;D No pitbull GM needed, my GMs are good strategy guys and they check me on things I might not notice.

I agree, maybe we should post that in the forum to improve the game. I am hoping that these guys spending all this money go broke, when they can't build up their stadium.

Sounds like a soudn thing to do Randy, but I lost one of my guys due to immaturity, I htought he was a great Football mind and great for defense, but when we lost our first game this year he bailed out to a team, that had alot of lower level guys so he would be the best of the best on his team. I just hope he gets what is coming to him.

I got a couple of kids on my team. There ok people, but the ones that i have fought with for a week are all the other kids that were on my team. As soon as I figure out how I can do it, Im thinking about a age restriction on my team.

I know that feeling, what I try to do is trade them to the worste team I can find, that are in need of a player, or a Team that has so much depth at that position they wont see any playing time. I do not liek to do this to be mean, but after they trash talk me, for a loss. or talk about how the game is unfair because they do nto want to play for me anymore. and I wont just release them. and when I bring up I paid them a signing bonus and stuff like that, they get mad. So I found one way to even the score alittle.

I got 2 guys over there now that has contracts until the 6th season that get 0 playing time. I love it.
