Hey All! I'm going to be an itch you can't scratch this season! I'm hoping to notch the wins I should get, and grab a few upsets as well. Don't count us out...

Little do they know that there are alot of teams down here that would kick the shit out of alot of the teams in the higher leagues. I actually had a good player turn me down to join a team in USA Pro last season that was full of CPU players.......lol. They got their ass handed to them all season. I messaged him several times asking how he liked it in the pro league.
I agree, most people would rather have cancer than join a BBB league it seems like. We dont have many holes to fill on Dayton tho, all we really need is some depth in certain spots - but yeah, its hard as hell recruiting to the BBB's.

Reno has brought in some pretty good free agents, but yeah, I've sent out so many offers. Most don't respond or reject/accept. There's just so many damn teams players get flooded with offers. But we've been lucky enough to bring in some pretty good talent.

The Blue Jays have made one signing this offseason. And trust me, it's not like we've only gone after high level players. I just wanted to add some damn depth to the team, and couldn't even do that. I've probably sent out over 50 offers to players, and I'm going to send 10-20 more right now. I just hope we can get one or two more players, at least.

Dayton has gotten a couple.. We had two inactive FS's and replaced them both, ..cant have dead spots like that. All we need is a few more players here and there and I think that will make the difference with Dayton. We hung with everyone in the first half of games, ..it was that damn depth that killed us in the second half's.

Truth be told guys, even with a championship trophy and an A next to your name, makes it no easier lol. I thought I'd have an easy time this season, whatever lol.

We knew when we got relagated from USA 4 to USA BBB that we were going to be in for a rough fight recruiting so we started to develop players from within. I see that you have had to resort to that too with developing level 1 players. I developed my guy OG Fishboat Capt during season 4 off season knowing we would get relegated and that we'd have a rough time signing guys at season 5 off season. Right now he's a level 15 OG, (soon to be level 16), and with boosting he'll be level 19 and almost able to contribute some meaningful snaps. I have noticed teams in this league that have development teams just for such purposes. It has almost become a neccessity. I guess I'm not telling you anything you don't already know but I like the way you're thinking. Very proactive mindset.

You can find the high level players you want and a few will sign but the vast majority of them will tell you to take a flying leap..............lol
