Notes: It appears that they took out a loan to build their one section, which is growth at a snails pace. To the Grizzlys', if you want to seriously compete and be able to afford talent at high levels, you're going to have to get very aggressive with your stadium construction. One new section per off season is what causes most teams to start floundering - the can't keep up with payroll costs, don't have the stadium revenue to sustain it, which results in poor on-field performance and low fan support.

Capacity: 42,360 Start Season 6 - 24% increase in capacity.
Notes: 1st and 2nd levels completed. Average growth capacity for the conference and the Souls remain one of the stadium juggernauts. Steady growth shows a determined interest by the staff to make it work and allow them to field a competitive team.

Capacity: 41,500 Start Season 6 - 37% increase in capacity.
Notes: 1st and 2nd levels completed. Clearly the most aggressive team in the conference with its stadium. 13 sections built in two seasons, that reflects a dedication and sacrifice the players have made to the team - showing their respect for the management. Freedom intends on making a run for the title, their stadium aggression reflects it.

Notes: 1st and 2nd levels complete. Below league average, but they were already a huge stadium and given that, management is clear about it's intentions of creating a financial juggernaut with this slow build team. Season 8 should be their break out year.

Notes: No stadium section built, which is an enormous miscue by management. By only adding seats, they're trying to field a competitive team now and sacrificing the stadium to do it. They're going to have issues in season 7 signing FAs and keeping players because payroll equipment costs will begin to exceed their stadium's ability to sustain them. They've primed themselves for gut/rebuild or being hawked off back to GLB unless they can get all of their players renegotiate for minimum pay so they can focus on the stadium for a couple of seasons.

Notes: 1st and 2nd level complete. Under par growth for the conference, but still showing dedication to the stadium, which is a promising sign. Continued and steady growth will help them stay competitive.
Cleveland Firebirds

Capacity: 20,600 Start Season 6 - 9% increase in capacity.
Notes: Only one 1st level corner added. The Firebirds are have a cross road they have to face and it's not going to be pretty. With L32 equipment looming for many players and likely poor to low fan support, they're going to have to make a choice in paying for equipment to stay competitive, which only delays the problem, or take that money and fuel the stadium to afford the equipment in season 7. Attempting to balance the two will cause them to wallow in more mediocrity. Management needs to make a decisive move on one side of the fence or another that won't be popular with fans or the other side, the players. Strengthening the team as a whole for the future needs to be priority #1.

Notes: 1st level complete, two corners missing on the second level. Management is still making progress, slowly - as if not to be in a rush to go anywhere. The steady growth though, shows that the team is intent on sticking around.
Baltimore Blood Ravens

Notes: 1st level complete with both level 2 sidelines. Holy construction Batman. The Blood Ravens have made it clear that they have the conference title on their minds for season 7 and being able to afford some quality FAs after season 6. With a 33% growth, second only Freedom, they've announced that they're serious about making a run for the title sooner rather than later.

Capacity: 48,030 Start Season 6 - 21% increase in capacity.
Notes: 1st and 2nd levels completed. The potential for this team in season 8 or 9 is going to be unreal. They've got the largest stadium with the smallest payroll and there will nothing that can't afford, FA or equipment wise. It would surprise me if their players carried two sets of equipment and switched what to wear based on their game plan. The only thing that might cause this team to fail is impatience.
New Berlin Blitzkrieg

Capacity: 21,850 Start Season 6 - 5% increase in capacity.
Notes: One level 1 corner built. Disappointment is the key word for the Blitzkrieg. With a slow growth team, they should have been able to build more onto the stadium and getting aggressive with it. Sooner or later, continued slow stadium growth is going to catch up with them. See the notes on the Cleveland Firebirds, that could be the Blitzkrieg in two seasons.
