Articles like that make me worry a little bit about the resale value of my house I just bought last year here in Pittsburgh. A lot of those cities are nearby. But on the other hand, I think a lot of people leaving those areas are moving into Pittsburgh. At least those that aren't moving to NC.

From what I hear, Atlanta has some of the worst drivers (and heavy traffic). Maybe Knightman can shed some light on that. But I work for a transportation company, and I am always getting reports of highways in Atlanta being closed because of huge accidents.
