I think the order of preference is Gm then players. He should end up with the team if he wants it.

Well I just lost my GM powers and Boble has made it final that he doesn't want to see the Stampede owned by someone else.

Fvck that, put in a ticket and request the team before its sold. Tell them that the team will stay together if you get it. Thats suck a fucking waste to do that, someone is going to get the team no matter what. Thats a douchebag move to push you guys out of WEPL like that.

well, the deal is, I will ask the Admins to move the team out of WEPL after this season, all contracts run out at the end of Season 5, so the team will have no players left.

I invested way too much, to get frustrated and joked around like that,
so I don't want anyone else to get the team and run it without my players, the other thing would be I keep it with an empty roster, wouldn't that be worse.

this doesnt make any sense to me

But you also have to look at the fact that 17 players of that team are owned by Bobles himself, zith at least 50% of the starters; zhich makes eveerything a little complicated if you think about it.

Anyway, the rules about team succession should be made better, maybe with a vote function after an owner retires or something like that which would give the remaining players an option to stay together.

He should still leave the decision up to the players on the team if they`d like to take over or not imo. If they feel they can and want to carry on with the team to prevent them from doing so seems selfish in the extreme.

I'm not going to bash Boble, even though I hate like hell to see the Stampede go out like this.

Bottom line, the man has invested a lot of time and money in the Stampede, and it's his call.

I've had several exchanges with Boble about the future of the Stampede, and I was in total support of Bear Bryant or jprietman taking over the team, but Boble has made up his mind to gut the team like it or not...So let's just say I'm going to respectfully agree to disagree with him.

My main concern right now is getting into the playoffs. My GM duties were taken away as well so I can't check tactics anymore. I am still going to focus on putting the best player out there, so I hope we are still going full throttle this season.
