Should be pretty easy, teams can post a thread in their team forum and after the playoffs everyone submits their ballots.

Also using this post for a shameless plug for Cooper at DE

as long as theres gonna be enough interest. i like the idea of holding the vote after the playoffs as well so it won't take away from anyone's gameplanning, unless everyone wants to do it sooner

After the playoffs seems most fair to me.

Once you are eliminated you can start doing a vote in your forum and when the playoffs are over make them public
