First off, no idea what I'm doing with my players. At this point I'll probably be withdrawing from all teams to keep McMahon and Urlacher. I'll find homes for mine after the season is over. As for the multitude of PM's I've received about players other than mine - If you want to work something out, talk to them, not me. They'll decide what they want to do.

Damn Helluin....sorry to hear that. I can definitely relate though....if I was the owner of the Roughnecks instead of Corey, I wouldn't have the time to run the team right now either.

Please get your flunkies off of me. I've gotten 4 PMs from people saying "MIKE ROGERS SAYS YOUR PLAYERS R FREE ADN I THINK U SHOULD COME TO MY TEAM1111". If any of my players will be available, I'll make it be known somewhere. But I really don't like random people bothering me with recruiting PMs.

Sad to see you go, but fully understand it as it crossed my mind too. Luckily we turned things around in Toledo and we are having fun again, but the continuous changes on strategies and nerfing good players builds makes this really frustrating sometimes. About recruiting backups, it's almost impossible at the high level as every level 25+ prefer to be an starter in a lower league than a backup in the pros.

Yeah, Seriously mike, tell the flunkies to shove it.

Anyhow, I don't get the whole "ooh, be a starter" gig because honestly joining a team with no depth is no way to get ahead and win championships. Honestly, I'd rather be the middle guy at the position - better than existing 'backups' (hence useful) but not in a position where your player is good and everyone else is a number of steps behind.

Translation: screw that low-level crap, pros are where its at.

They did the same thing to me when the Knights got Gutted, you see what team I'm on!

Sorry guys, I did update a thread in a private forum which tracks Pro Level players on teams that have announced they are breaking up.

I also put in a personal recommendation for the quality of Valhalla so I guess people are interested.

Although no one I have told would be stupid enough to send out a dumbass PM like that so maybe word is spreading?

If they were stupid PMs, forward them to me and I'll get the person taken off the forum access list.

No, none were that stupid, I'm just paraphrasing and exaggerating in the process. But in the 8 or so PMs I've received, only 1 didn't specifically name you somewhere, and that was from a former team of mine, whose GMs I obviously already know. The name dropping seems really silly to me, and makes the recruitment PMs even more annoying. Thought I guess it's cool (for you) that you're held in such high regard that peopel feel the NEED to drop your name like that

Anyways, my players will mostly be going to my team in Canada Pro (Hey Ralde, you should come too, we can always use more depth at CB ). So if I'm not around here next season, then it's been fun WEPL. Thanks for all the good times.
