On second thought, it didn't really "juke" the guy. The guy stepped in, but the LB didn't flinch. Like elusive pushed him to the center of the field away from the CB, then when the LB came up he bounced back to the sideline.

I don't think that was a Quick Cut, QC isn't a move it is a bonus that prevents excessive speed loss on angled turns. Isn't it?

Your right in that QC isn't a "move", but I think he was just referring to it being responsible for what we saw.
