No offense.. but while i'm sure everyone is still greatly inspired by your Disneyesque story of moderate success in the face of mediocrity... do we really need to know every detail of what you're doing with the team this often?

You work really hard at GLB, and your team is probably going to be decent sooner than most anticipated.. we get it. You've gotten multiple waves of atta boys, kudos, back pats & accolades. You've won the PR battle.. now if you really want to compete.. stop leaving the league post it notes of what you're doing, and just do it, and let the scoreboard be your spokesperson..

You made Sandy vaguely annoyed? How is this possible? The only other time was when that noob was making accusations about ownership etc. I've posted plenty of times things that could possibly inflame him yet you managed it with that? That's it...I retire.

Better yet, why not focus on those 10 INACTIVE players that probably haven't even distributed their skill points in the last month......THEN....MAYBE.....you can come and play on the BIG BOYS PLAYGROUND....until then don't post about your CORE....especially when your CORE is about as solid as JELLO............

I'm not pissed.. I'm just trying to help actually (in my own way). If you're at (or near) the bottom of the heap & your getting better.. just worry about getting better.. team's 1-9 don't give people updates every 2 days on what they are doing.. they just do it, because teams 1-9 (well.. teams 1-6 maybe) know that you need any advantage you can get.

I said the same thing to Tulsa earlier this season.. There's no reason for the lower tier to give the upper tier hourly reports like the weather channel tracking a storm through the gulf.. when you end the season with a winning record.. and eventually get into the playoffs.. we'll all know you made progress (remember when Carson City wasn't all that good.. they didn't go around broadcasting their ambitions every few days... until they had some marquee wins & a legit run at the playoffs). They snuck up on people, caught em off guard. Stole a few games from under people. If anything, it's counter productive to continually call attention to yourself because what little element of surprise you have is completely gone (especially true in vegas' case) , and now their already hard to win games are even harder, because no one wants to be the first "good" team to drop one to the 'cats. And just about every person to pat him on the back for the job he's doin, was right there to beat the hell out of his team on the field & i didn't see aaaaanybody saying "hey, Korhor's a cool guy, let's not throw deep, or ease up on our pass defense against his team" .. so the accolades don't really mean squat when it counts.

Basically what it comes down to is this: The constant seeking of approval from the other owners is hurting his chances to win. We all like Korhor, and admire what he's doing, but none of us are gonna throw a game for him, or not exploit weaknesses in his team, so why are we privy to all his goals and aspirations?

I didn't say you WERE pissed, i said i could get you pissed.

but yeah I guess you have a point.

He's just not very people friendly...kinda like most of us.

Keep working at that team, but if I was you, I'd work on getting higher leveled players, and fixing the inactive problem.

If we get re-distributed next year I think you'll be in good shape.
