The %s and attribute points work the same.

Meaning, +2 Blocking and 4% chance of holding block.

I could buy a +2 STR +1 Head Fake SA for my TE. Would Head Fake really do anything against the 30th Lvl linebackers I'm catching the ball around? It says its effective against players with low agility or vision, so I'm guessing maybe not.

I'd buy that instantly. The +1 First Step is big but the +3 agility that comes with it only makes it that much better. With one upgrade it's already much better than lvl 24 equip.

I have bought it.
I am now in the process of saving up enough bonus tokens to buy it.
As far as I can calculate , the upgrade should be ready after the playoffs.
It's kinda cool to have extra SAs

Is this worth buying?

It looks nice, but the plus is in stamina, which you normally would not get up so high it pays off to put equipment points in it.

I would leave it and hope for a better fit to my TE, but that's just me.

Congrats that is exactly the piece I hope to get for my TE first step + route run + quick cut + sticky hands on a fast agile TE could really cause some nice matchup issues I imagine .

Just wait for something better. Personally at such a low level intense training might be more worth it to get your general skills higher for slow build

Doesn't really matter which you buy. At that level, just use something cheap to store your bonus tokens until you find something better later on.

+1 also sometimes you get a piece for 450 that has a ability you can use at lvl 1 and is cheaper then reg gear .

Not worth it unless it has some attributes and a SA.
