It will be fairly tough to run the gauntlet in both the regular season and in the play offs. There are several extremely good teams in the east that even though you might have beaten them in the regular season, they can very well come back to bite you in the play offs. Ludlow knows this first hand better than anyone after seeing opponents we beat in the regular season defeat us in the play offs. We also managed to do the same thing to Indy last year, losing to them in the regular season, but managing to beat them in the playoffs.
The other thing is it appears Indy is having some issues with run defense (which I am sure they are working on), so it will be interesting to see how well Chicago can run the ball on Greensboro, who looks pretty stout against the run from what I saw.
Originally posted by Usama I seriously doubt anyone from the East will. But Warlords may do it in the playoffs.
Anything can happen in the playoffs, boy. And same with the regular season ... look at the freaking Miami Dolphins. I've seen many, many #1 Seeds lose against the #8 Seed in GLB. It just takes a little bit of luck by the sim, too.
Yes whodeycin85, that's all we were doing... just having fun. Our team really does suck, and your team is pretty awesome. We hope to someday become what you guys are.

Says the top-seed. You guys do not have much to worry about in a while. I guess I do not believe in the current system as much as you do.

I THINK we played as a higher seed against Ludlow in the playoffs, yet suffered a 20 point 4th quarter breakdown to them. Not ideal if you ask me.

Oh, yeah ... there have been lots of stories of huge upsets. Look in the forums.
"OMFG YEAH LOOK AT THIS SO RIGGED WTF IM QUITING NO MORE MONEY FOR BORT HAHA, I OBVIOUSLY HAD SUPERIOR TACTICS AND SUPERIOR PLAYERS BUT A #8 SEED WITH SHIT JUST KICKS THE CRAP OUT OF US"
