So you can probably guess how important I think Vision is for a punter. I might train it now and then, but all of my skill points are going to punting, strength, and confidence (in that order) until punting is over 100, strength is over 60, and confidence 50.

I'd bet that all these punts were from your side of the field.....check his average when he's punting from inside the opponents territory....vision is a big help in pinning the opponent inside their 20 by minimizing touchbacks....just my 2 cents....

I don't know about yours, but my punter can be inconsistent (he followed up 2 consecutive 44.8 avg on 4 kicks games with a 19.8 avg on 6 kicks game) and he also gets a lot of touchbacks. My guess is vision may correct that.


There is currently no "Coffin Corner" punt type in the game. You simply boot it as far down the field as you can. Sometimes you see it bounce within the 10, most of the time with decent stats you will see touchbacks as a Punter. It's kind of sad that special teams get shafted, but hey it's alot like REAL football in that respect.
