I think my Spin WR may have actually spun today but I'm not sure:

The second one looked like he spun around the defender, but I'm not sure if he caught it before or after the spin. Hard to tell with dots.

The first one was DEFINITELY a spin. I think your second play was just a good ol' fashioned missed tackle.

I agree, the first looked like what I'd expected a spin to be. I imagine some first step would really help it be a little more effective.

This was the first time I'd actually seen him spin and it was the first time I used 1 of his other pieces of advanced equipment with +1 agility and +3% break tackle chance.

I usually don't complain, but this is such BS. Despite my Spin WR Prince Levin having to play KR/PR all season and getting reduced playimg time at WR because of it, he still managed to lead the league in yards and TDs scoring 8 more than any other WR. So despite all that, for the upcoming season he's been benched/starting at WR 4 which I think is BS considering how well he played.

I said I might do this a while ago, so today I actually decided to make one of my WRs a Spin WR. I've always thought that having high Spin might prevent a WR getting tackled immediately after the catch, and when one of my WRs made this catch and run I was quite sure of it:

Ouch, you forced him into retirement

I wish he could play for the Cobra Kai

I looked at 7 other random WRs in your conference and they averaged about 1 broken tackle per 12 carries. Your WR is averaging a touch worse than 1 per 8 carries.

Assuming your str is near the average, I think that is the best measure of the effect spin is having.

Well he's just joined a new league as the team he's on got promoted, we were in a capped league this past season.

Also, I'd say that about 80% of his 23 TDs were on 20+ yard plays, so he didn't get much of a chance/need to break many tackles.

Prince Levin had a good year, but he abused a few teams to rack up his stats, while he really struggled against equal competition.

I'm more impressed by Red Shoes because he racked up big yards and games against superior competition.

Spin is about tackle avoidance, not breaking tackles.
