I'd help you do it- but only if you help from an idiot. I tried using one of the ranking spreadsheets and got totally overwhelmed. I would really like to see rankings though, and would do whatever I could to help.

I remember that well. Was actually my last season running the D full time for Doomsday (Akuda and Ryiot took over last season when I had personel issues to deal with). You gave us fits in the reg season and the playoffs. I also had a KR/PR on the WV Mountaineers that has since retired and you guys were very difficult to beat... too bad they had to dismantle. Legacy joined us out of USA AA 2, wish we could have picked you up too...

You put together a hell of a ball cub there PP, hell of a club.

Thanks. We had a ton of holes, but most of the players on that team were great guys and so desperately wanted to win. The only reason we made any kind of a game with you guys at all was because I never worked harder trying to figure out how to stay on the field with a team as I did with you guys. YOU were the team we wanted to be. For the 2 seasons I GMed for them, almost all of the players did everything I asked of them without hesitation. I'm glad I got them into the POs before it was gutted, at least...OK, enough of the nice stuff now (though I meant every word). I've got to start all over and try to figure out how to stay on the field with you again, and it doesn't look like that's gotten any easier.

We miss both of you guys

hey wsdp....I sort of miss those days in AA #2 also. There's a rush involved with trying desperately to win games that on paper you shouldn't stand a chance in. The hounds were always one of those games

Indeed, but please don't consider us in the same grouping as those teams, the nature of how we won and continue to remain good is in a completely different way than them, so we'd rather not be grouped with them or compared to them.

Wow, TSE, I'm thoroughly impressed! I never once believed you'd have the balls to admit that we didn't pimp the game for a huge cash advantage like you did or have a fraction of your arrogance. Mega kudos for being so honest and forth coming!

Thanks, Duff, but I don't think GB has really earned the right to be up there with Boston or DDL for that matter. No disrespect to any of the teams we've played, but, outside of an extremely tough Doomsday team & DC, we haven't been beating teams with a bunch of trophies behind their names yet. All the rest of the perennial powers are yet to come, and we sure don't expect to run the table.

We've got Washington, Kalamazoo, DDL, Rhode Island, Boston, the Mustangs, Gridiron, Pushovers and, as if that all wasn't bad enough, the undefeated Marauders all left to play yet. There isn't an easy game in that stretch, with each of those teams being very good to flat out great. I won't BS you. I have no clue how we're going to survive that stretch. Up to this point, I believe our strength of schedule has been the easiest in the Pros. So, I'm under no delusions of grandeur.

Oh, did I misunderstand what you meant? Sorry. I just assumed that you were referring to Bort creating rules/changing how trades work to stop teams from building stadiums at a record pace and amassing $102,701,995.24 advantage of spare team pocket change by day trading noobs to noobs, not to mention selling tactics for real and cyber cash as well. My bad. All in the "spirit of the game" and all.

And just what advantage did we obtain with having a lot of money?

And also I've never day-traded with noobs, so get your facts straight, or get lost.
