1. You have no to little hurries. That tells me you are too slow. Too much speed is a waste on DT because they do not do a lot of running.
2. When I got my DT to the 2nd soft cap in agility I noticed a huge improvement in playing (did it after I boosted). I am thinking about getting it to the 3rd soft cap.
3. Train Jumping will get you diving tackles and maybe a PD.

DE:
get to the 2nd soft caps in agility then strength, then speed. I think you have too much stamina and too much tackling for a DE.
1. See #1 above.

lol, Do not keep all equipment in strength. Put most of it in speed and agility, thats how you get the sacks and the hurries.

re roll if you want to be a sack machine. Otherwise play LDE and stop the run.

I disagree for DT/NT, but whatever. I view a NT/DT to mainly stop the run not to get sacks or hurries. That is why I say strength. If you are concerned about stats then yes more speed and agility. Is that going to be best for your team...? I'll let you answer that for yourself.
I agree with you if you are speaking about a DE.
