Is it that important? Make the smilies, if they come up, they come up. If not, they don't.

Like everything else with these forums, I am sure it is the most basic of faces available.

I've been wondering about the loans for a while. When I first looked at it, the 27% rate was pretty damn high, but it didn't affect you at all?

If you take out the loan at the right time (right before construction deadline), build the expansion, by the time you get season ticket sales you will be able to pay it off without having to pay any interest.

Make sure you are in the black when you take out the loan though otherwise it will use the loan to get you out of the red. So for example if you are at +40,000 and your daily salary is $50,000 you should take out the loan and build the expansion immediately rather than wait for the construction deadline... you'd still be ok for paying it back though as you have 10 days from the time you take the loan out until your first payment is due (and first interest is due).

Two sections and ALL of my sections are full with seats.

I also have the entire 2nd deck built now, all Im waiting for now is the offseason to get them built and then I will fill them up too.

Also as Oso said, if you take a loan at the end of the season like a smart person, then you repay it quick after your first seats sell, you have 0 interest, its free money.

Also, we dont have the BIGGEST stadium in the game, someone has the entire 1st deck and the home 2nd deck middle section, The Strategy Expert I believe it is.

However, ours is close and we will catch whoever by the start of next season, because no one will have been able to build more than the entire 2nd deck due to the 3rd deck needing the corners and sideline to build, so that one guy wont be able to build any 3rd deck next season, meaning by season 4 I will have the entire stadium, just like anyone else who has anywhere near as big of stadium as I do.

Yes it is, if you pay it back in time. You just upgrade your stadium and are no worse than you were before you upgraded it. You then get MORE money during the season because of it. We would likely be hovering right around my yearly salary level for amount in the bank right now if I hadn't built the extra space, instead we have plenty of cash to spread around as is.
