hmm I was going to try elusive against a hard team that I know we are most likely going to get blown out but not sure after this...

I have always used elusive running. Last season when everyone said it was broken I still finished 3rd in my league in rushing, and 1st in TD's.

Today against a very good rush defense, I had this run on the 1st play of the game.

Nice. My HB was playing a team that stacks the box like that too, and my speed was giving them fits. They were playing catching the whole time trying to stop him.

That was a nice run. Maybe it's too early for me to give up on elusive at this point. Next time I have a really good matchup I'll give it a shot. Until then, I'm playing on combo.

For all of you that have had success with Elusive style, what is your vision at? I'm curious, since elusive has worked for some but not for all, maybe it has something to do with your vision? I stopped putting SP into vision when high vision made you stutter more, but now I may dump more points into it.

Yeah Bort may have addressed the vision thing finally.

My HB used to hesitate a lot on elusive due to too much vision. This last game, I didn't see him hesitate at all.

My vision is in the 40s.

My vision is 36 so we will see how that works out on elusive tomorrow, granted I am up against a tough defense so I am not expecting too much 66speed/62agility

I've got 33 ish Vision, 83+ Speed and 60+ agility. I'm going to try running on Elusive next game and I'll see how it goes. We're also playing a team that should destroy us.

My vision is currently in the low 30's.

And set on combo running... noticed how the elusive quailities finds the hole and then it is power through for a TD

I've found elusive much better than combo this season.

I think you have to have a certain build for elusive to be effective.

High speed, high agility, and GOOD vision at least.
