I wouldn't listen to him. I'm level 30 with less than 80 speed and agility and my stats are considerably better.

That doesn't work well in higher up leagues.

antininja you are dead wrong.

I am moving my DE back to the RDE, and I have the luxury of having a second set of equipment. I am going away from the str build and moving in a different direction. I still have a base 53 str. But I am gonna try a high agility. I am over 75 and gonna see if I can get around quicker. Just gotta figure out what number I wanna get my speed to.

Depends how you go around getting sacks. You can try to beat the OT, or like you player continually bounce off of the OT.

As does beating the OT.

You have to go with extremes though, hitting the middle ground between the two doesn't work that well.

It's hard to say why you didn't do well, maybe the OT has a build that counters yours well. You have to beat the OT, not just fit in a mold that'll get you sacks.

If you were LDE you might also be going up against a full blocking TE that would bring down your effectiveness.

With that build you'll dominate crappy teams though. Or even good teams 2 seasons ago.
