I would not be that optimistic about there being no more gutted teams, so far each season seems to have seen one become ownerless rather unexpected in either conference. Oxford, Copenhagen, Valencia, Lyon ... I hope there won't be any more this season, but so far it seems that chances are there will be.

Realistically thats how it should be, there shouldnt be 4 or 5 teams in a league with 14 or 15 wins then another 5 or 6 with 1 or 2 wins...I'll be extremely pleased when the day comes that the top guy comes with a 12-4 or 13-3 season, consistant 15-1 or 16-0 piss me off.

As for the strength of the leagues...

Monarchs first 10 games are BIG Games, nightmare schedule, all of those first 10 teams we play will be expecting the play offs (You do the maths)

Then we have a Lions side that have turned things around now and are getting stronger all the time.

Game 12 is likely to be a play off decider against Mercs (Must win already), and is followed by Vikings.

Our only gimme is Game 14, and it might be too late by then.

And we close out with a promoted team, and stampede.

I think Alpha will be decided by who gets the cupcakes from Zeta, and I wouldnt be surprised to see 10-12 teams finish 8-8 or better.

In fact I am going to go further, this season its even possible that a RELEGATED team gets 4 wins or more.

The GM only has one player.

It could easily be a family member, though.

Season 1 Western Europe AA (Current WE AAA#2)

Korb loses to Porto in 2nd round (3-13)
Pimps lose to Arkansas Razorbacks in 2nd round (13-16)
Porto loses to Arkansas in Zeta championship (3-6)
Arkansas loses to Berlin Blitzkrieg in WEAA Championship (10-19) - because Drunken Lemur does not care about championships

Berlin also beat Porto in the week 16 inter-conference matchup 26-13

Damn teams changing their names. The first time I looked at the new conference, I was like "DAMN....how many teams moved up last season!?"


Last year was a lot more competitive than season 3, and I expect that trend to keep going.
