Yeah, things are starting to get really unbalanced and yesterday's scores showed it, that was the single craziest day I have seen in the Eastern Conference. The level difference is starting to be way overpowering when you compare level 19-22 players to level 29-32 players. The 50 extra skill points from being 10 levels higher combined with more than an extra season's worth of training and higher level equipment make it almost impossible to compete.
It is just too hard to replace a player that was created in season 1 or early season 2 with someone about the same level. As more players quit or go inactive the number of players at those levels declines while the number of teams that need them does not. The only luck the Bandits had with bringing in level 29 or higher players this off season was at NT and DT and only then because the players we signed were owned by people already on the team. We too have been looking for a OTs and LBs without any success.
We're just lucky that about 28 of our players were made early on and are owned by real-life friends and co-workers so we know they aren't going anywhere.Well lvl difference actualy doesn't mean all too much I can assure you. There are certain ways to build each position that will actualy offset the lvl difference as far as on the field play goes. Trust me we have had very close games with teams with higher lvls and have had wins against them from time to time. Also AI if set up properly to revolve around your players and the team's overall style of play helps a ton. The main thing is to make sure you pay close close attention to each players build. For every single position. Seriously you have no idea how much that can help.
