Jimo send a PM to Bort himself and explain the situation..WE did that in season 2 and I(GM at the time) got the team.
If the owner is inactive for more than 2 weeks Bort will give you the team..If you have 1000 flex points

I don't think he can PM Bort. Bort has a 'white list' of people that can PM him directly now.
