We are trying to make team identity meaningful.

Between a smaller roster, hard salary cap, no custom slots, and limited superstar players, we think it opens up room for teams and coordinators to be "known" for certain things, rather than every team having every option equally viable at every point in time.

Yup, and now you don't have to be uber Coordinator to do well either from what it looks like, the AI isn't Casual easy but it's also not AI intense, it looks like a very nice middle ground.
