Yes.. this year was great but next year should be a lot better.. You should realize advertise how things like these can widen your network and therefore supply you with players for seasons to come. Also, next year, what about improved draft spots based upon how many players you donate?

Next season I want my number 1 draft pick to make $47 million over a 7 year contract/

Good thought but draft position should never be based on how many. It should be random as it is. Maybe just quicker,maybe have to set some pre-draft slots. Great Ideal and should catch on.

Nah I think it should be based on the number of FP's your willing to spend on your players (total creation cost, potential boosting cost, potential CEQ). The other main drafts in GLB use it and the it can only improve the draft field.

Come on guys, make my Kicker the 1st kicker drafted in the 1st pee wee draft. Ger er done. Lets make history.

so what your saying is if agent A is willing to spend money then agent B -possibly new guy shouldnt be involved or he can go to the back of the line?

Ummm.. it's a snake draft so it all pretty much evens out ldo

Would you say there is any one team this year that isn't "involved" because of their draft pick?

picks should be random, no other way to make it fair.

Agreed, I like the "lottery" style of it all. By rewarding the team that is willing to front the most FP, you're hurting the new owner who would benefit more from having some experienced agents on his roster.

There is no winner in a 16 man draft...lol You draft first it takes forever to get back to you, you draft last at least you get two picks but then it takes forever to get there. Still its a good tool to fill in some holes. I plugged up 3 holes with some solid agents. Also you get new agents on your team and it becomes quite a network of teams and agents after a few seasons.

Next year, I think we need to have a dedicated time each day for the draft. One or two round per day in the off-season, and shorter time limits. I know when I wasn't here, I had one of my coordinators logged in on the draft and if we came up, he drafted for us. All three of my teams drafts so far have been while I was at work, so it worked for me to have an assistant. This draft will go quicker if we implement something like this.

Hopefully, next year we can get more teams involved, and more agents who don't own teams as well.

I plan on doing it live next season to make it fats and take no longfer than an hour or so. If the owner cant make it then a Gm or a teammate for that matter can select for them. It will fly by.
