Equipment always was kinda a bunk feature anyways. I am not too worried about that. I will miss VA's though.

The essence of VA's were borged into other features.

My next concern is how will GLB 1.0 survive? It won't. The initial process already will be cutting almost all relevancy to the majority of lower level teams in GLB 1.0. There is no way there is enough player base left to have a pro league within maybe 3 seasons.

That's quite a bombshell coming from a Mod. Is that just your opinion or anything more official?

I realize that. But the only reset to them is the respec option now though. Not a seasonal figuring out the best options type deal. I get why and all, but I will miss them.

Don't need any official stats, I think most people know that GLB 1 will die or be on life support when GLB 2 comes out. You will have a few people stay back so they can finally win WL.

My opinion of course. But I see no reason as to how it will though? You are already dividing up a dwindling userbase. I know I personally am retiring anything below level 60 and know others are as well. Can you imagine the player base for GLB 1.0 come 3 seasons from now? It already is really hard to recruit at the upper levels, even for a guy like me who has ties everywhere.

Is there nothing like VAs that will be able to be adjusted season to season?

respec only allows reseting of SP from what i can tell. your traits are locked in ... and we can't unlock Special Abilities yet (that i can see)

Sadness. Understandable I guess. Not everyone liked the ability to change season to season. I loved the aspect of figuring out VA's though. Maybe down the line some new wrench will be added in.

YW EE.

I'm gonna log off permanently now - I really do wish everyone the best here and with GLB2.

Hasta la vista.

VAs seem to spread across your "traits" on initial roll and "special abilities" which get unlocked somehow/sometime

traits also have a concept of attributes which seem to set the floor/ceilings of your "skill point" areas.

they also effect how easy/hard it is to train things. though im not seeing any parallel to GLB1 training anywhere yet

Agreed. Attributes, Traits, and Skills are all related.Have to choose wisely upon player creation.
