I think Pee wee league should be for rookies only! New players come into GLB and start at the Pee Wee level they should have a chance to taste victory, but with these guys that like to live down in Pee Wee land till they are old & Gray are dominating the leagues! I am sure you have teams that quit after Pee Wee league! Give them a taste of Victory and they will stay and more will spend $$$

PS Of course I also feel that farming players at any level should be band as well, but I guess you make a lot of $$$ on that so I guess it will stay this way...

This is a great idea for Pee-Wee players and has ZERO impact on upper level teams. The problem is that many upper level owners/coaches/agents think Pee-Wee is a joke, especially when we say things like PWG = WL. Thus they are giving this a -1 or voting against it just to be jerks.
The admins should take a look at all -1's and negative votes and see how many of them have nothing to do with any PW team, and just throw those out because they really shouldn't be voting on something that impacts PW only. I bet 75% or more of the -1's and/or negative votes go away.
Or start a new poll where only people with PW players or are involved in a PW team can vote.
Remember upper leaguers, what goes around does come around. If you are voting all PW improvements down just to be jerks because you don't like PW, we will do the same for upper level ideas, and then nothing will be put in place. Unless you have a vested interest in PW, simply stay out of this thread and voting and we will do the same for you.

They can't play in a rookie league?

What you don't get is the Pee Wee Teams don't get out of Pee Wee so there is no teams quitting after Pee Wee. The players may leave for other teams but the teams don't leave Pee Wee for other levels unless the owner buys another team.
Either way, your idea falls into telling people where their player can go.
This suggestion is really for those who either create their entire Pee Wee team or those agents who create only for Pee Wee teams.
