GG Normandy, I don't care what the score says, you guys have a ton of talent and deserve to be in the playoffs. So give it your all these last 2 weeks and you can sneak in there, and then once you're in, anything can happen. I spent about as much time settin up a defensive gameplan for you guys as I did for marblehead so that should show you what I think you guys are capable of.

Yeah, well done WWW. We bottled up each other's MVPs and the resulting defensive battle was tense. Much like the Bonn/Portland game the final score of Bonn/WWW is much closer than it looks. We didn't seal this game until the final 2 minutes and then got a gravy TD to top things off because of a pick (which I had been waiting for the whole game).

Yeah it was definitely close. That early goalline stand and the missed FG were really the difference--though your 3rd Q TD in really tight double coverage was certainly one of those wtf moments. I'm glad to see that we were able to contain your offense better than anyone else in GLB since like week 3. That screen is stoppable after all .

funny thing is I tried something to that effect and it got lost in the shuffle or It didnt work as I thought, but I remember trying that same style, something to revisit I guess. We did ok against your screen but still gave up one big one if I remember correctly.

Yeah I started out with something like that sometime in the preseason. And it pretty much ended the same way. The differences between a successful one of those CB blitzes and an unsuccessful one are subtle, but they're there.

Thanks Menamino but our team is spiraling out of control right now. We were 8-3 and in 3rd place and we have lost 3 in a row and now will probably miss the playoffs unless we can somehow beat the Destroyers. Our offense can't score and our defense can't stop anyone. It seemed like every play you ran went for a TD. I wasn't sure how we would do up here in the pros but I hoped to go at least 9-7 which as long as we can beat Inverness we will do that. But unfortunately 9-7 won't be good enough for the playoffs.
