A guy by the name of Raphael Taylor was the #1 Defensive player in all of GLB last season. Played in USA A ball, so the equivalent of most AA leagues. Pretty sick career.

hah no. I had a D.E. in USA AA. He got like 100 sacks that season.

Talking about this guy: http://goallineblitz.com/game/player.pl?player_id=67518
My team was in the same conference with him. It was rough playing the Bar Stars. It's not like he was the only good player either. His team was great. He just always seemed to make the tackles. USA A7 was a VERY good league past few seasons. Most teams weren't gutted and were active. But in pro, he still seems to be doing well whick I'm glad to see.

You're just out to try and shut down everything that I say aren't you? Actually the guy is a beast. USA A, at least A7, was a pretty good league. They won the A-League Traveling Trophy which is saying something because they beat quite a few slow built teams and in no small part to this guy.

Taking away his gutjob game this season, he's doing really well in the Pros but is not a God like in A. Still a great SS
Also, USA A is good for what it is, but c'mon. I remember going through that league. Still a bunch of teams there from when the golfers went through. It's good for an A league but no point in hyping it up

When most teams were in the mid-50s for level, it's not like it was a joke league.

No, just being honest.

Yeah Underdogs, when I see you now I regret when I didn't sign with you last season, it was a lost season.
Now I'm in my former team, the team that I played a my entire career, but I'm not even close to get stats as you have. The good thing is that we are unbeatable, but your stats are amazing, jeez

Below average builds and below average GM work for some of those teams who were lifelong A7ers. Levels aren't everything. Lots of mediocre high level builds and much better lower ones. Hell, our level 53 HB just ran for 190 yards in a win over OFG. Sorry, but A7 is still A7. He's doing really well in pro, even if OPL is a complete joke and worse than some AAA leagues. Still, better than A7 competition. Then again, look at the games Raphael played against real teams (voodoo, hhw and bonn) and he didn't really do that much. Great safety but not a god against real teams. If you guys don't think competition matters (especially with the fumble stats) then you're kidding yourselves

I'm throwing my lvl 8 SS in for consideration.
Started Level 1 in a level 13 capped league.
Only 2 TFL on the season, but 97 tackles 2nd in Conference.

My guy is pretty good don't get a lot of picks but lots of tipped passes and tackles I would say the strong safety on the team I play with is better.

As much crap as UD talks about this SS (and I've called him out a couple times in the past), I'm hoping that he actually gets on a real team some day. I'd like to see how what kind of stats he puts up on a defense more concerned with stopping the other team rather than padding stats for its players. AFAIC he will never get the respect he wants playing for a mediocre team in a mediocre league.

1 gutted team in the league messes everything up.
The team I wanted you for, I left. It was the Canton Bulldogs. I retired all my guys that were on the team. I was running the offense and defense and recruiting for it.
Really wish you had some level 30ish guys. I would sign you on my own team I got 2 seasons ago.
Also your F.S. is crazy good. Playing F.S. nets you less stats than a run stopping S.S. My level 39 F.S. plays on a team that is all level 56+ in AAA. If you want to take my place on that team they would probably have you. The owner is a great guy.
Rio men of genius is the team. Maybe talk to the owner?
I am also sending you a gm invite to my own team. I lost track of you before.
