I like your method of determining vote,s but still disagree with the game itself being at all influenced by human coaching, and the number of positions is off.

i think the coach should be chosen. that is what they do in the real pro bowl.

As for the Depth Chart, instead of allowing a human set it, why not go by highest total number of points in order.

It calls for 52 players which is more than enough.

Human coaches only make the OT depth chart... they can't remove people voted in, but can change the order.

In real life, coaches aren't chosen, it's the previous two coaches in the Super Bowl (unless one is in the Super bowl again)

yes to a game being played, but with CPU coaches like D-leagues.

Under the OP's points scheme, a DB who allows a catch and then makes the tackle gets no penalty, their points stay the same. This is bad.

Some kind of % of tackles made rating is fine I guess, but 'catches allowed' should be a MUCH bigger part of the rating.

I hate it, my Safety wouldn't make the playoffs.
