If he had unbanned himself it would have come to the attention of one of the lead moderators who obviously didn't know DB was Corndog.

I'm sure we will be very cautious when hiring potential employees from the GLB userbase....It's been an insane week for us all, so repeating this is something none of us want to see.

Mod logs would say so, so yeah. In any case, he's done with it, and the account is closed. He hadn't actually logged into it for a while anyway.

And feel free to report any posts you think are crossing the line! That's the whole point of the system, and it won't work if you don't use it. General discussion is supposed to be mostly left up to the users to moderate themselves by using the karma system, so go ahead and downvote stuff too!

At the same time, I think it's been a learning experience and a bit more transparency with the userbase may go a long way

No I haven't. Maybe you are on my whitelist from a while back? I honestly don't check it very often; mostly I communicate with everyone I need to through other channels.
