Season 8 was the best imo, before many changes. GLB is a great game no doubt. I am sure I can speak for many here who who simply feel like many things about not only the game sim, but even it's forums is too secretive. but we can discuss that in depth at a later time. Back to #3 of your conspiracy theory, not mine.

#3. I agree with you on everything 100%. However, while I understand the need for Admin multi's to 'enjoy the game'. enjoying it, does not mean at a paying customers expense. If I troll, and get caught. I face the risks and penalties. But Deathblade only ever looked to just troll intentionally, for fun.Just to anger people. And that is ok if he faces the same penalties as I do. He was an Admin, and admits to banning multi's. If he is trolling me as a regular member and not a secret admin, If he gets the better of me or crosses the line then so be it.

But what happens if i cross the line trying to get the better of him? Not knowing he is a 'SECRET ADMIN lying in wait? Ban Hammer? Who's to say? Do you see my point?

Now I realize, one man's troll is another man's jest. I also realize, we all troll from time to time. intentionally and unintentionally.
Ignorance is bliss. Until a disgruntled employee exposes. it. If Deathblade wants to engage me just to troll, I welcome the challenge. Until I find out he is a Admin. No way around it. Admin's shouldn't troll as multi's. Just for fun. Plain & Simple. And Defending him by saying its a free forum so he can have his 'secret fun' at the expense of customers isn't going to cut it.

However, I would love to troll and be trolled by a Corndog. Do you see my point?

I can't say much right now, since it actually may or may not be our 3rd game, depending on our development schedule, but I do think it will be a fun change of pace from the sim sports world!

Deathblade has actually been suspended quite a few times, lol. He has never unbanned himself, or banned anybody else he was chatting with. Those are the expectations laid out for our admins if they choose to have a "regular" account.

He just really, genuinely, enjoys the General Discussion forums, and it's impossible to engage in the heated debate over there with an Admin flag under your name.

True. We encourage our admins to play the game so they can better understand it, and also to have some fun! We found early on that playing as an admin account is next to impossible because you're constantly bombarded by questions or harassed, etc. A regular user account allows us to play the game like a normal user, and experience the same experience as all of you. I understand your thinking on giving your admins "normal" accounts to play with. I disagree with it, but I understand it.

However, your mistake was in thinking you should hold the admins' "normal" accounts to the same standard as the paying customers, when in actuality you should hold the admins' "normal" accounts to a HIGHER standard of behavior. They are paid representatives of your company.

False. I've known the guy for a long time and he's a really laid back, fun loving guy, with really no malice towards anyone. DD enjoys humor and is trying to bring some levity to the situation. This is, after all, a game, and should be played for fun. Never lose sight of that concept, and you'll find you have a lot less stress from whatever games you play! I know I do. Sorry, not buying it. Maybe in real life he's as cool as you describe, but his online demeanor is a bit different. That's not unusual, mind you... lots of people behave one way in real life and a different way online.

This was not a situation that needed levity or humor. This was a situation that need honesty, clarity, and respect. Digital Daggers brought none of those qualities into this thread. He was rude, condescending, vague, and dismissive, and as a paid representative of your company, he took a bad situation and made it worse.

Bort, it's time for you to demand more professionalism from your staff. It was actually time for that years ago, but the way your minions have behaved in this particular situation has made this need clearer than ever.

Then you should've made him choose: either he can continue as a paid representative of your company and behave professionally, or he can resign his position with the company and behave however he wishes.

He shouldn't have been held to the same standard as the rest of us. He should've been held to a higher standard than the rest of us, for as long as he continued to be an employee of Warrior General Games.

Do you have proof he has never unbanned himself? (just wondering) And you are correct if it is a heated debate the vitriol can get challenging. However, I have seen Cornblade, get in hundreds of threads literally with no other intent than to just troll individuals who are trying to make points in a discussion. He has destroyed many a thread for just the sake of doing it.

Take a GD/POL/REL poll and ask who the #1 most insufferable troll is. His name most likely be at the top of the list.

Now ask me if i have ever reported him? Ask most others? And the answer will be no. Do you know why? Because of history with biased Mods like Darkus Black And the young british kid, can't remember their name. And because Pallow is combat non effective by the simple fact of chronic absenteeism.
