I run Wite on combo as it changes up his pass rush. I think I have 8 sacks already including scrimmages and a bunch of Hurries. My DT has been just as effective against equal leveled guards.

So even with your tactics set to bull rush it still has no effect?

You can have 20 more strength than the OLineman and still lose to him in bull rush, I say keep increasing agility and leave the SA's alone. My DT works fine without them.

That's surprising. What do you mean lose to? Like every play you get dominated or you just don't have a big game?

I mean you cannot out strength an Olineman as you will get locked up all game long if you dont have agility to help you out. However in Jbrowns case, he is going up against higher leveled linemen who likely can match up with his DT in both strength and agility...not much you can do about that.

I've had a similar experience with Strong Base and one of my NTs. 7 Strong Base, Set to Bull Rush, almost 100 STR and I don't seem to get much push. From what I can see, it looks like it starts to work sometimes but then the person double teaming engages to stop the momentum and then the player I am pushing recovers. If we get a scrimmage at some point I may see what happens if I can go to DT and maybe get a 1:1 matchup.

NT's get double teamed quite a bit, a pass rush is very difficult.

Casey never even gets doubled but he still cant get any push on the G.

I wonder if having blocking in the 40s 0r 50s will make a difference, anyone got theirs that high?

Your vision is only a 22 as well...mines a 41. Just a suggestion as well.

Casey once again could not pressure the QB facing a level 31 guard this morning. Couldnt get any push at all. Next game he faces a level 30 guard which is the lowest level G he has faced yet. Im trying to get alot of money for Casey to buy new equipment. Instaed of it all being in strength I want to put half of it in agility and see if that makes a difference.

my guess is it will help you. A good way to test agility on your build is to get four bonus tokens and buy a +5 agility for a game.

I just bought a couple pieces of equipment so Casey has 8 less strength and 8 plus agility, Im thinking I might use 4 bonus tokens too to give him that extra 5 agility for the upcoming game. What pass rush setting should he be on?

I really like Casey's build now, I think your DT is much more balanced and with the extra 5 agility next game, I am very interested to see your results.

One thing you might consider is increasing your stamina. Yeah, I know you are fine energy wise with 39 plays per game, but an increase in Stamina will increase your snaps in the game, which increases your opportunities for tackles and sacks.

Wite has 40 stamina and averages 63 plays per game and rarely finishes below 50 post game energy. Of course having only one backup DT for both NT\DT positions helps. We still dominate on the run though.

The way our owner has it set up though is that each player at every position plays every other play so more stamina probablly wont help with getting more snaps will it?

With a high agi/str build I tend to rush on combo.

probably not, is the backup that close in talent to your DT?
