Because there are so many applications, I won't be able to notify everyone.

I DO want to contact all the "runner-ups" and let them know why they were passed up. If they show improvements in the areas that I'm concerned about, they will get first dibs on openings in the moderator team.

I may create a queue type setup. This would give the runner-ups an idea on when you might be picked up.

I came up with some pretty good names for the tiers.

Top tier: New mods
Runner-up tier: Bridesmaids
lolno tier: Dubs
