You mean gay as in happy?

Bort and Co would be smart to avoid this. If they come up with this and then someone runs something through the builder...and then tries to build the player based on that..but screws it up....many GLB "idiots" will blame GLB. We see this stuff all the time. So why officially support something that can bite them in the ass...when unofficial ways exist that don't cause them problems.
Another thing....after this the next thing some will be suggesting is taking the builder and having it actually build the player. And when that doesn't happen some will be upset...not all but some. And again why should GLB support something that could do that?
Many many many many games have unofficial tools to help you. This is one of them. And should stay that way.

so let GLB just give you a premium built dot and start from there. and just say , ok game plan and win.- wait, then some1 is gonna ask to have a "Game Plan Creator" to call the best plays at every instance. so what, scores will all end in a 0-0 tie?
YES LET'S DO IT!! everybody wins and gets a trophy. just like the Special Olympics, "we are all winners!"
part of the fun of this game is to learn from mistakes and try again. "oops i fucked up this dot, i gotta retire it and start over."
i have never used the script (and before any1 says "by looking at your dots, maybe you should have". i never claimed to be an expert dot builder.) but i learn each time i do it and try to get better. is that not part of this game? i think it will get a little boring if everything is done for you and every1 is the same.
if anything, i think GLB should find a way to combat the script and make things more random and make people actually use their brain to get better.
i love the "training breakthroughs" because it does help keep every1 from having the same exact build and build plan. it gives people a reason to pay attention to their dot and adjust accordingly. there should be more things like it to keep every1 from having a "cookie cutter build"
so again -1
I agree completely. this is just another opportunity for lazy people to be lazy and make the game more dumb and the same. so many builds are already identical as it is. I know what it does, and I dont want it. I dont use greasemonkey, I wont use this. I know how to build dots and build them well and other poeple should learn to do the same, and those that know how to should not be punished becuase other people are too stupid too build good players. horrible idea.

I'm not going to argue with you there, unfortunately, (my understanding of it is that) Bort is the only one that works on the SIM as he doesn't trust anyone else to work on it.

then what?
oh yeah we change it to a Coordinator RPG like you said
If there were an exact perfect way, then it would already be posted. The mathematicians, would have already figured it out with the grease monkey player builder.
And good luck following an exact plan you use in builder over 10 minutes for the next 2 years. Especially since you can't account for training break throughs, the length of the off season, how lucky you get rolling for equipment, changes you may make because of SIM changes, etc.

All adding a GLB sanctioned builder would do is give more players an opportunity to learn how to build better dots. I would venture that less than half of GLB players use Greasemonkey, so builders aren't available to over half the agents. To anyone that wants to make leagues more competitive, helping more agents build better dots is a great way to narrow the disparity between the top and bottom.
