bahahahaha. The difference with players coming off the edge is the qb has a chance to get rid of the ball, with that exploit blitz it was just an auto sack. As long as its not a 100% sack every time then its not a problem

Not only that...but it makes people think twice about sending out all personnel and throwing deep.

The weird thing is that the QB is less likely to throw under pressure from wide blitzes. I mentioned the same thing to bhall a couple of days ago about his issues with the 5 wide versus MM.

I dont know if they are less likely to throw under pressure from wide blitz's...people pass all over teams that blitz like that pretty well...but they also take their licks if they dont pick them up at the same time.

I am not positive but I think out of shotgun the hb will pick it up about 80% of the time. I know for sure he will if he has 15 blocking back, but I am not sure how disguise blitz interacts with that either

People do neutralize that blitz all the time actually. But some people have a tough time choosing to.

I'm speaking of LB's coming off the edge, I have no clue what an exploit blitz is.

LB's from the edge get picked by a OG if there are an even amount of pass rushers to blockers. There can be 1 less pass rusher to blockers and they completely ignore a CB.

they nerfed pass rushing LBs and fixed the pass blocking to make it more realistic

so instead of 30 sacks by the LB you get 30 sacks by the DE unless you switch shit around

and tbh these changes only made different blitzs viable

yup, watch Indy Osaka game today, the proof is in the pudding

have not watched indy game yet but we got 9 sacks and threw 5 ints....kinda lol imo
