Hell, I love having a game like ours coming up, where we're the dogs and we'll certainly lose if we don't turn in an A game. Hell, if we both turn in A games D9 still may lose. i mean i understand the competition thing, but i like rivalries, and its just fun playing alot of he same people every season, i mean even now, theres a huge gap between the top and bottom of the w/l...there are like 8 teams that are playing like they have no business being here

the extended plateau is supposed to help those leagues, and I believe it has. Still, the vast majority of teams in this game that are trying to win aren't a part of a system of some sort. We are all spoiled as hell up here. Many of us have numerous farm teams and are very well connected to many top builders. Even the WL teams that don't have farms can typically find a team to merge with or at the very least get first dibs on the legit FAs, since they're a "WL" team. Take away the WL and they still do, since they are now established as top teams in the game. Face it, most teams like "ours" (meaning current WL teams) will always have it easier than the vast majority of teams in this game.

As far as PLs not being competitive, I don't think they're close to what they were before WL, but I also don't think they ever could be again. However, I think they are more so than they were last ssn (at least the one's I follow) Last ssn, LOL or another team was going to win APL Lion and Carthage was a lock to win Elephant. This ssn, the Warthogs are p much a lock to win Elephant (mainly because they wouldn't have demoted if it weren't for DC issues) and at least 6 different teams have a legit shot at winning Lion. If the Warthogs hadn't had DC issues and stayed in WL, there would be 5 teams slugging it out in Elephant....I don't know how that translates to the rest of the PLs, but APL sure has gotten stronger and more competitive because of the plateau extension

the teams that get Promoted and then suck ass and get demoted show the difference of being a Top Pro team and a w/l team... There are alot of teams that do this, if Pro leagues were any good, this shouldnt happen.. but look at the teams getting demoted, they will be by far the favorites to win their respective Pro leagues

SEAPL is a race of 3 teams. Possibly just one really. WEPL is a one man band. Pretty sure OPL is a one man band too with EEA. Bloodweiser has CPL locked up. USA's race isn't even good either. The Pro leagues are terrible for competition.

I think you are giving Africa Lion too much credit...its clearly 2 teams and then the rest.

WEPL Is a one man band? Arcade, Keggers, Wrath and possibly even us (Bonn) are in the show right now.

I would have quit this game without WL...it is fun to have 14 or so very competitive games a season...plus ultra competitive playoffs.

Pro leagues just suck...even if we distributed all of the WL down to PL there would be like 3 or 4 competitive games a season....F that. I want to play the best...I do not want to argue about which PL is better than the other PL.

SLAP is actually pretty competitive this season...probably 5 teams with a chance to advance...but none are really that good when you compare them to WL standards. Would lose by 60 or more to any of the playoff caliber WL teams.

there are only like 4 or so teams in all of pro that are WL caliber.
