My personal opinion on this that nobody'll care about..? =3 I'm not bothered by the small act of 'collusion' or whatnot, though I view it as mildly dishonorable. That's something I can easily shrug off, forget, and not care about. Already have, for that matter. What does bother me, however, is how this has and is being handled now..partial truths and hiding away aren't the best strategy to establish trustworthiness or respect. ;;

Now that I re-read that, it isn't accurate. You've got two separate things going on:

You've got A) BillyVassi intending to illegally gut a team and make a team on which is a player better, and

B) CatsPaw being offered a somewhat lopsided trade in which he gets rid of an inactive player and gains an active player.

In order to prove collusion here, you would have to prove that A and B were connected. You would need to show (beyond a reasonable doubt, I must add) that CatsPaw knew Billy's intentions. I don't believe that has been proven yet.

As it stands you've just got arguably illegal activity in A and arguably unethical activity in B. But still no collusion...

Did catspaw post on the private forums about the traded HB being inactive? Did he state how he was unhappy about it? Did he post about how he wanted to get rid of him? Was the HB in question inactive for a long time? Did BillyVassi have access to see this?

Did catspaw post that a backup good CB was needed? Did BillyVassi have access to see this?

Did the inactive HB get traded for the needed backup CB , who was active? Was BillyVassi the one to get the needed CB to the Bandits? Did the Bandits give up a player that played only a few downs, was inactive, and was worth not much to the Bandits?

it hasnt been disproven either. odds are he knew it was a crappy and suspicious deal. all he had to do was look at the team which isnt hard to believe
